Premier Technology Engineering Ltd. operates a plastic injection moulding division for its own plastic production and as a trade injection moulding sub-contractor based at its premises in the South of Ireland. We have the technical ability and experience to “project manage” the design and manufacture of moulds required to produce plastic parts and products. This includes sourcing tools competitively from toolmakers, which we have built up strategic relationships with over the years and ensure that overall capital investment is as low as possible. We specialize in the high-quality production of plastic parts and products for various sectors including mechanical, engineering, electronic equipment, packaging, construction and sports gear etc.
Moulding Capacity;
- Eight injection moulding machines with capacities ranging from 20g to 1000g shot weight and up to 350 ton locking pressure. Their platen size goes up to60cm x 60cm between tie bars.
- Overhead electric crane to enable fast mould change.
- Cooling tower and water chillers installed for fast cycle times and cooling of moulds.
- Our versatile in house maintenance tool room ensures mould repairs are carried out so as to guarantee customer satisfaction.
